Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCR-48426-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Karl Thomas.
In 2023, heavy storms caused a landslide on the western bank of the San Lorenzo River immediately behind a single-family home. The purpose of the Project is to stabilize the bank adjacent to the river to protect the property from further erosion. The Project is limited to the installation of a 60-foot (ft) long, 2-ft wide, and 3- to 6-ft tall, drilled pier retaining wall in the eroded area and a 444 square foot (sq ft) deck on top of the wall.
