The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-NAP-39930-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

Reasons for Exemption
The project will stabilize existing large woody debris and plant native shrub species to revegetate disturbed areas and improve habitat for wildlife. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, threatened, or rare species or their habitat pursuant to §15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects. The project will not have significant environmental impacts if completed under the protective measures outlined in Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-NAP-39930-R3.
