Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project involves the installation of trash
capture devices inside existing catch basins of the public
storm water conveyance network. This project is exempted
under the Class 1 Categorical Exemption of CEQA
Guidelines, Section 15301(c), operation or minor alteration
of existing public structures and facilities because it involves
