Document Description
PG&E proposes to enter upon the Caltrans Right of Way (ROW) for traffic control to replace Southwest down guy anchor, crossarm, and pole#101026623 located outside of Caltrans right-of-way, approx. 330 feet from ETW and approx. 342 feet from centerline of Highway 41 at Postmile (PM) 31.01 in Coarsegold, California. During the course of performing the work, the aerial wires spanning across Highway 41 will be detached and reattached. The anticipated excavation depth is 90 inches, the width is 36 inches, and the length is 3 feet. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
