Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Sec. 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to the World Oil Environmental Services, (EPA ID# CAD028277036) to allow for storage of a Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) waste greater than ten (10) days. Specifically, Tank Trailer T-20 containing 869 gallons of used oil and 480 gallons of used ethylene glycol contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) will be stored at the Facility until an authorized facility can accept it. The contaminated used oil and used ethylene glycol is currently stored at World Oil Environmental Services located at 1300 Santa Fe Avenue, Compton, California 90221.
