Document Description
Issue a right-of-entry (ROE) permit to PG&E for Marsh Creek State Park to allow PG&E to stage equipment on park lands while conducting maintenance activities on a PG&E pipeline located near the park.
All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
