Document Description
The encroachment permit applicant, CVIN, is proposing to conduct environmental survey work in Tulare County along State Route (SR) 63 from Avenue 392 to SR 201 (postmiles 20.57 to R19.2) and SR 201 from SR 63 to Road 156 (postmiles 13.98 to 17.52) around the communities of Calgro, Yettem, and Seville. Work will include windshield surveys, with occasional stops in designated pull-out areas to review and account for sensitive species. A notice will be placed behind the vehicle during stops for safety. All vehicles will remain within the maintained shoulder (graded/shoulder backed areas). No ground disturbance, vegetation disturbance, or wildlife trapping is permitted. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (06-25-6-SV-0344) for the survey work within State right-of-way.
