Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to demolish two (2) legacy parcels. The first location is near Interstate (I) I-08 at postmile (PM) 17.889 in San Diego County. The second location is near I-05 at PM R13.302 in San Diego County. This project seeks to immediately demolish the 2 proposed parcels due to numerous concerns on health & safety and a general negative impact to the surrounding communities. Both structures have been assessed and have been identified as being in poor condition. The necessary repairs required to make these properties safe and sanitary are no longer economically feasible. As current, the structures add no value, and any future development would require demolition.
