Document Description
The County of Fresno's (County) Department of Public Works and Planning proposes to renovate the basement of the Fresno County Department of Health Building in Downtown Fresno that was previously used as a laboratory space and was damaged by catastrophic flooding. Interior improvements to the basement will be for staff support services, meeting, conference, and break rooms. Existing Chiller and boiler rooms will remain. The plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire systems will be updated.
