and site walls. The Project includes a 5.768.36 SF single-family residence and 562 SF ADU, with a total overall height of 25'-8". The cumulative floor area for the
Project site is 10,150.42SF. 2,070.88 SF is proposed off the existing level pad. The project request indudes 3,424 CY of total grading and export of 2,910 CY of
earth material. The projed requests two solid walls maximum 6'-0" in height within the front yard area and series of walls throughout the property.
