Document Description
The proposed vesting tentative subdivision map (TSM 2024-01) includes subdividing the site into three parcels (A, B, and C), and a 55-lot single-family subdivision. The existing mobile home park would be retained on Parcel A (3.32 acres). A new 12-unit, multi-family apartment building is planned on Parcel B (0.38 acres), and stormwater improvements would be installed on Parcel C (0.41 acres). The 55-lot single-family subdivision would be constructed on the balance of the site (5.31 acres), with the 3.06-acre balance comprised of new internal roadways. Forty-seven of the single family lots would be 4,250 square feet or less, with the remaining eight lots ranging from 4,500 to 7,358 square feet. A total of 67 units are planned. New internal roads would be constructed to access all parcels and individual lots.
