The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works is proposing to replace the existing bridge on Toro Creek Road over Toro Creek with a single span, cast-in-place concrete slab bridge. The purpose of the project is to improve public safety by replacing the existing bridge, considered functionally obsolete, with a new bridge that will conform to current standards. The project is located on Toro Creek Road approximately 2 miles north of State Route 41 and west of the City of Atascadero within a rural, unincorporated area of the County of San Luis Obispo.
