Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6441 proposes the subdivision of the approximately 3.9-acre site into 30 single-family residential lots with public streets, two (2) outlots, totaling 1,780 square feet (sf) for landscaping and pedestrian purposes to match the dedication of the adjacent Tract No. 6299 to the west. Two (2) local roads are proposed, including a north-south local street that connects to and intersects East Belmont Avenue and east-west East Grant Avenue, which extends into Tract No. 6299 to the west. Access to the proposed development will be from East Belmont Avenue and East Grant.
