Document Description
The Alameda County Public Works Agency project includes pavement resurfacing and pedestrian ramp installation and sidewalk repairs on Grant Ave, Maubert Ave, 162nd Ave, Los Banos, Esteban St, Paseo Grande, Saint Johns Dr, Sait Johns Ct and Colonial Dr. The project would include; milling existing asphalt concrete, repairing asphalt concrete base failure, applying asphaltic emulsion; furnishing, placing, and compacting 2” asphalt concrete surfacing; placing roadway signage and striping; new drop inlet grates as needed; and installing pedestrian ramps, minor curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs. All BMP/water pollution control measures and cleaning of the job site would be conducted. All work will be done within existing road right-of-way. The purpose of the project is to repair the roadway, improve drainage, and provide access and safety for pedestrians consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
