Document Description
The encroachment permit applicant, CVIN, is proposing to conduct environmental survey work in Tulare County at two locations along State Route 216 from Depot Drive (postmile 6.96) to Avenue 328 (postmile 11.74) and Road 196 (postmile 12.0) to North Cypress Street (postmile 13.64). Work will include windshield surveys, with occasional stops in designated pull-out areas to review and account for sensitive species. A notice will be placed behind the vehicle during stops for safety. All vehicle staging will remain within the maintained shoulder (graded/shoulder backed areas). No ground disturbance, vegetation disturbance, or wildlife trapping is permitted. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (06-25-6-SV-0320) for the survey work within State right-of-way
