Document Description
This Project will consist of a minor modification to the existing striping of East Olive Avenue, between the approach at Glenoaks Boulevard to intersection at Sunset Canyon Drive (approximately 4,800 feet). The goal of this project is to improve roadway safety by retaining narrow travels (11’-wide), reducing conflict points for all roadway users, narrowing the center turning lane by 4’ to 22’-wide, and expanding on-street parking lanes by 2’ to 10’-wide to improve accessibility. The work will be limited to restriping the street without modifying the existing street width or changing vehicle capacity.
