This project includes a lot line adjustment to rectify the existing lot line crossing the building footprint of an existing single-family residence, while also providing a lot line that will better complement the natural topography of the sites. The adjusted configuration allows both parcels to maintain their existing access to Parkhill Road, no grading or construction is required to establish the adjusted lot line configuration. The proposed project is a minor adjustment to the current lot line configuration, there is no development proposed, and the project will not result in the creation of any additional parcels or development potential.
