Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Medium cannabis license submitted on March 13, 2024, by Elevated Canopy Farms LLC. The Project will consist of a medium indoor cultivation application in the City of Oakland. The project will consist of 14976 square feet of mature canopy and 3408 square feet of immature plant area. The project will utilize 700-watt lights and will use approximately 44 watts per square foot of indoor lighting inside the canopy area.
