The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approves of the Class 1* Permit Modification (Permit Modification) to update the soil excavation work plan and extend the closure period for the Safety-Kleen of California, Inc. (S-K) facility located at 44561 Road 30B in Davis, California 95616. S-K is currently undergoing closure work to decontaminate, disassemble, and dispose of equipment and hazardous waste. S-K will continue all other activities directed through the approved Closure Plan. The Permit Modification does not include any other changes in operations, additional construction, or ground disturbing activities.
