Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-HUM 55744-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to James Walworth.
The Project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is to remediate a stream impacted by the development of a grade flat. Work for these encroachments will include resloping the banks and head cut of the stream to no more than a 30% slope, installing erosion control measures, and revegetating the project area. Spoils will be placed in a stable location and water bars will be installed on the road surface leading to the graded flat.

Reasons for Exemption
This project will minimize sediment delivery to a stream currently caused by an eroding graded flat. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
