County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works (Public Works)has recommended granting a utility easement to San Miguel Community Services District at this location to construct a new tank and booster pump station for its water distribution system. During review of the project, no exceptions as described in section 15300.2 of the CEOA Guidelines, were determined to be applicable to the project.
