Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MAR-47275-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Applicant, John Cahalin. The Project includes activities related to installing culvert crossings for new access roads at two sites. Prior to construction, vegetation will be removed along the aggregate base access route at each Project location. Trees with a diameter breast height of 8 inches or less will be removed. Construction will include site preparation through excavation, placement of a high-density polyethylene culvert, backfill and installation of aggregate base, and placement of rock riprap sourced from within the disturbed Project area. Work at each location will occur within an area 50 feet in width along 65 feet linear of stream.
