Document Description
The encroachment permit applicant, CVIN, is proposing to conduct environmental survey work in Tulare County at two locations on State Route 190, postmiles 0.024 to 2.426 near Tipton and postmiles 8.47 to 9.467 near the community of Poplar. Work would involve walking and driving ten (10) feet off the fog line. All vehicle staging will remain within the maintained shoulder (graded/shoulder backed areas). No ground disturbance, vegetation disturbance, or wildlife trapping is permitted. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (06-25-6-SV-0124) for the survey work within State right-of-way.
