Document Description
The encroachment permit applicant, CVIN, is proposing to conduct environmental survey work in Fresno County on State Route 269 from post mile 9.651 to 12.716, north of Huron. Work would involve walking and driving ten (10) feet off the fog line. All vehicle staging will remain within the maintained shoulder (graded/shoulder backed areas). No ground disturbance, vegetation disturbance, or wildlife trapping is permitted. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (06-24-6-SV-1525) for the survey work within State right-of-way.
