The project would allow for the proposed use of outdoor recreational vehicle (RV) and boat storage within an existing mini-storage facility. The project will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment and because it can be seen with certainty that the there is no possibility that the activity in question would have a significant effect on the environment.
