Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-57050-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ryan Donnelly. This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a CDFW site visit on January 27, 2025. The Project is limited to two encroachments to install new culverts (Table 1). Work for these encroachments will include excavation, installation of the new culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Crossing-1 is located downstream of the overflow of a spring-fed pond. Future work that may be proposed for the pond is subject to the notification requirement in Fish and Game Code section 1602 and will require a Major Amendment to this Agreement or a separate Notification. The Notification also disclosed a groundwater well at 39.37891, -123.33164 used for domestic purposes and commercial cannabis irrigation.
