Document Description
The project consists of a Special Development Permit to construct an ATM drive-thru along the east side of the Walmart parking lot. The project would include asphalt pavement and removal of 11 pre-existing parking stalls for the construction of a concrete island with a light post, bollards, canopy structure, ATM kiosk, meter pedestal, and clearance barrier. A 3-foot-high CMU wall will be constructed for screening purposes.
