Document Description
An atmospheric rainstorm resulted in heavy rainfall from February 12-14, 2025, causing significant flooding, along with deposition of sediment, rock, debris, and scour, which damaged flood control facilities. This has created an imminent threat to life and property. Emergency repairs include, but are not limited to, removal of sediment, rock, and debris, as well as the repair or replacement of damaged flood control facilities and appurtenant structures to restore capacity and ensure public safety.
