Document Description
This project consists of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Modification to reallocate the previously approved square footages of entitled cannabis production. The project proposes to increase nonvolatile manufacturing area in the building, and to decrease cultivation area within an existing 21 648- square-foot building located on a1 .68-acre parcel in the Heavy Industrial Zone (M-2S).
The original CUP (217-124) was approved by the Zoning Administrator on January 19, 2018, which allowed for 18 172 square feet of cannabis cultivation within an approximately 22,000-square-foot industrial building located in the M-2S zone. In addition, on June 27, 2018, the Zoning Administrator approved a minor modification to allow 3,470 square feet of manufacturing space (Z17-218). On May 1, 2019 the Zoning Administrator approved a minor modification to the CUP to add cannabis distribution at the existing warehouse previously approved for cannabis cultivation, as well as Site Plan and Design Review for minor exterior modifications (Z18-230) and on September 17, 2021, the Zoning Administrator approved a minor modification to an existing Cannabis Production CUP to decrease the allowed cannabis manufacturing space by 520 square feet for cannabis distribution services within a +/-21,648-square-fott building located on a 1.68 acre parcel 1n the Heavy Industrial Zone (M-2S), (Z21-022).
