The project also includes installing a new standby generator with emergency transfer switch, relocating the below ground valves to above ground for easier maintenance access, and installing new davit sleeves and footings for safety tie-off. New concrete pads and fencing will be installed to accommodate the generator, electrical equipment, and above ground piping.
