The proposed Project consists of an amendment to the Memorandum of Undertanding between the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks and the Friends of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium (FCMA). The amendment allows FCMA to install a trailer near the gift shop and sell non-alcoholic cold drinks, coffee, and pre-packaged snacks in its gift shop and from a coffee trailer location adjacent to the gift shop.
Beneficiaries of the project are the patrons of the park.
