Reasons for Exemption
This action is consistent with Section 15061 (b)(3), The Common Sense Rule, whereas the allowance to update the site plan for the addition of a 4,483 square foot maintenance building to the existing Dairy Facility, it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA. This is because the addition of a 4,483 square foot maintenance building does not add any new activity or Entitlement. Therefore, the lead agency concludes that the proposed project fits under the exemption as the project is consistent with the Tulare County Zoning Ordinance.
