Document Description
Project funding would support BLM Redding Field Office purchase of one 10-acre and one 160-acre private parcel within the Chappie-Shasta OHV Area. The purpose of these purchases is to acquire private lands to sustain and manage current and future OHV use. Both parcels have an existing OHV trail that would be formalized and maintained after they are acquired. No development or change in land use is
proposed for the parcels.
