The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15303, which provides for the construction of an office not involving the use of significant amounts of hazardous substances, and not exceeding 2500 square feet in floor area.
The proposed project is additionally exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15304, as the project constitutes a minor temporary use of the land and will result in negligible or no permanent effects on the environment.
