The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number NEV-55267-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). The Project includes the removal of 60 legacy trees that were previously felled within the riparian area of Little Clipper Creek. Of these 60 trees, 12 trees are in or “bridge” the creek. The work also includes the removal of an additional 27 trees within the riparian area of Little Clipper Creek
