Document Description
On May 17, 2024, the California Energy Commission (CEC) published a Notice of Proposed Action (NOPA) to amend and reorganize Sections 1391 et seq of Chapter 3, Article 5 of Title 20 in the California Code of Regulations related to the Power Source Disclosure (PSD) program. The rulemaking implements new statutory requirements for electricity generators and retail suppliers to submit procurement and greenhouse gas emission data on an annual basis.
