Document Description
The project site is located at a bridge over Gaviota Creek along Gaviota Beach Road near the entry to Gaviota State Park. The proposed project is the occasional removal of woody debris from the Gaviota Creek channel under the Gaviota Beach Road bridge in order to improve fish passage, restore creek hydrology, maintain access, and protect infrastructure. Only hand tools will be used in the bed and banks of Gaviota Creek. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable regulatory and environmental regulations.
