The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-46017-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Chevron Production North America Exploration and Production. The Project includes activities required to plug and abandon an idle oil and gas well. Activities will include grubbing and grading the site, removal of well equipment, plugging the well, backfill, and site restoration.
