Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is in the process of updating the Placer County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), known as the 2050 RTP, and has determined that the update is subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). PCTPA has a certified program-level EIR that was prepared for their existing RTP. They intend to prepare a supplemental EIR to evaluate new information and changes that have occurred since certification of the program-level EIR.
