The Board of Harbor Commissioners approved a Joint Revocable Permit with Pacific Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T California (AT&T), to allow for the placement of a new service box and conduit between the new service box and an existing pole on Joint Ports property, formerly UPRR San Pedro Branch right of way in the north side median of George De La Torre Avenue near an existing railroad crossing gate, in the City of Los Angeles (Wilmington). This agreement will be effective upon execution by all parties and will have the same term as the original MJRP, which is revocable by any party upon sixty (60) days' written notice to the other parties.
