Document Description
Project proposes to issue a right of Entry (ROE) to Caltrans for Humboldt Lagoons State Park to install an Elk Electronic Detection System (EDS) along an approximately two-mile-long segment of U.S. 101, in Humboldt County near Stone Lagoon, to reduce Roosevelt elk/vehicle collisions.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to, CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
