Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. 1600-2018-0216-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sica Roman. The project is limited to upgrading three stream crossings (referred to as Stream Crossing #1, Stream Crossing #3, and Stream Crossing #4) and to notify for one point of diversion (referred to as Well #1). Well #1 is a shallow well located on the top of bank of Ward Creek. The purposes of this well is for fire suppression, domestic use, and cannabis irrigation.
