The City of Concord is performing sewer pipe rehabilitation and pavement maintenance repairs within downtown Concord, which is generally located in the area west of Port Chicago Highway, north of Clayton Road, east of Market Street, and
south of Almond Avenue. Sewer improvements include open trench replacement, pipe bursting, installation of CIPP liner, reconnecting laterals, and rehabilitating manholes. Pavement improvements will consist of grind and overlay, with some base repairs on specific streets.
