Document Description
This project is to adopt and implement the rules and regulations governing the East Turlock Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (East Turlock Subbasin GSA) implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Sustainability Act (SGMA) pursuant to the Revised Turlock Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan (Revised Turlock GSP) within the East Turlock Subbasin GSA's boundaries (the Rules and Regulations). The Rules and Regulations specifically govern the East Turlock Subbasin GSA's groundwater accounting, groundwater allocation, and administration of a proposed Groundwater Use Fee. The Purpose of the Rules and Regulations are to sustainably manage groundwater within the East Turlock Subbasin GSA's boundaries for the benefit of all beneficial users and uses of water.
