Document Description
This project proposes to adopt a Precise Road Plan for an approximately 2.75-mile segment of Main Street from Hunter Street to Broadway Avenue and an approximately 1.25-mile segment of Market Street from Center Street to Main Street. The Precise Road Plan would guide future reconfiguration of these segments to provide Complete Streets, , including reduction in on street perking, addition of bike lanes, addition of traffic calming measures, and new lighting, signage and other improvements.
