Document Description
The Applicant proposes to operate a nitrate blending plant at an existing well field and treatment site. The blending plant will blend high nitrate water from Wells 5 and 12 with low nitrate water from Wells 7, 11, and 13 within a fixed mixer. The Applicant installed approximately 893 linear feet of copper tubing and water mains in their existing wellfield site to accomplish the mixing treatment.
