Document Description
The Town of Windsor plans to conduct an Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) pilot test to assess the feasibility of injecting, storing, and recovering potable water in shallow aquifers identified as suitable in the Town’s Groundwater Master Plan. The ASR pilot test will include drilling two ASR wells, temporary utility connections, conducting pump tests, monitoring water quality, and evaluating the operational parameters of injection, storage, and extraction over a period of 1-2 years.
