Document Description
The project is a proposal to change the General Plan land use designation of a 0.86-acre parcel ("project site") from General Commercial (GC) to Light Industrial (LI). The project also proposes to change the zoning of the project site from C-3 (General Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) for consistency with the proposed Light Industrial (LI) general plan designation. The land use change is intended to facilitate the future development of an approximate 9,500-square-foot light manufacturing building on the property, which is subject to a separate and ministerial review. The land use applications associated with the project are GPA2022-0004 and CZ2022-0004. The project site is an undeveloped parcel, located on the east side of South Promenade Avenue and approximately 170 feet north of East Sixth Street, in the City of Corona. The assessor's parcel number is 115-210-032.
