Document Description
This project will tap into the Yucaipa Valley Water District water main, install the service to state residence replacing the unreliable well system that currently serves the park. Service will include installation of water line, check valves, backflow device, water shut off, booster pump, other related plumbing and new electrical service to support the system. Most of the system will be installed within the disturbance footprint of existing roads. Approximately 250 feet will traverse natural open space.

No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.2. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form including measures provided by CDPR staff, then it is exempt under the CDPR list of Exempt Activities according to CEQA §15300.4 as construction or installation of park facilities such as kiosks, restrooms, small parking lots, interpretive signing or panels, fencing, signs, above-ground fuel and water tanks, mobile home pads with utility connections, camphost sites, fencing and gates, boat launching facilities, concessionaire structures, and tent cabins.
