Document Description
The proposed project will construct 54.6 miles of aerial and 19.9 miles of underground fiber-optic infrastructure off Highway 49 in the Loyalton and Sierra Brooks communities of Sierra County. PST will utilize existing rights-of-way, including the parent company's infrastructure (Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative), as well as collocation on poles and underground facilities it currently has rights to, from the purchase of assets from a defunct cable TV company. PST will remove and replace coaxial cable with ADSS fiber following GO 95 rules 44.2, 44.3 and 44.4. Existing PUE’s will also be utilized.
